We will assist and direct you at this meeting to facilitate optimal communication and to enable us to glean the information we require, together with an assessment of site conditions, to move forward with your project.

We offer an (optional) fixed fee preliminary sketch design service. Here you will embark on the process of working with your architect but remain commitment-free to the ongoing and full services until it's right for you. It will provide you with feasible design solutions based on your objectives and a corresponding opinion of probable cost. This service will allow you to make an informed decision about whether proceeding is right for you or not.

This is the nuts and bolts. If you have elected the fixed fee sketch design service then we will already have an idea about the scope and direction of the project. The task then is to develop the sketch design, obtain statutory approval either through your local council or as a Complying Development through a certifier. Following approval we prepare for construction. We ensure that you will have the right builder for the job and will act as your agent to administer the contract you have with the builder during the construction phase.
